Entries will be evaluated on technical excellence, operational performance, safety and compliance standards, workforce expertise, and measurable outcomes. Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying particular attention to the criteria listed below.

  • Outline: Outline the scope of your jet engine maintenance operation
  • Key Projects & Initiatives: Describe significant maintenance projects or programmes delivered during the qualifying period
  • Innovation & Technical Excellence: Demonstrate how your organisation has advanced jet engine maintenance practices
  • Safety, Compliance & Quality Assurance: Provide evidence of: Safety performance metrics and safety management systems
  • Outcomes & Results: Summarise the impact, including contributions to business growth and benefits to the end user.
  • Other Facts & Statements:: Include any additional information relevant to supporting the entry.
