This award recognises outstanding achievements by a Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) that has demonstrated excellence in service provision, operational efficiency, and innovation within the aviation industry. The award acknowledges its dedication to providing exceptional facilities, services, and support to general aviation users. From aircraft handling to passenger amenities, the recipient of this award showcases exemplary performance and sets the standard for excellence among FBOs worldwide.
Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.
- Company background: Please provide a brief description of the company, when it was established, the number of employees, and any relevant industry achievements and accreditations.
- Demonstration of Operational Efficiency, Innovation and/or Leadership: Has the organisation demonstrated operational efficiency, innovation and/or leadership over the past 18 months? Please outline a specific project which demonstrates this.
- Business Growth: How have specific and significant activities contributed to the growth of the company over the past 18 months? What has been the real stand-out highlight?
- Excellence in Safety: Outline any Safety Management processes in place and describe any steps taken to improve safety culture.
- Customer focus: Please describe how the business provides an outstanding and professional service and support, demonstrating how it has benefited customers.
