Service Provider of the Year

This award recognises organisations that have demonstrated exceptional commitment to delivering high-quality services, exceeding customer expectations, and contributing to the overall advancement of the aviation sector.

Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

• Organisation background: Please provide a brief description of the organisation, service provided, when it was established, number of employees and key skills within your team. Please also provide an indication of your turnover over the past three years, and how your staffing levels have evolved.
• Business Growth: How have specific and significant activities contributed to the growth of the company over the past 18 months? What has been the real stand-out highlight?
• Innovation and Technology: Provide innovative solutions, technological advancements, or pioneering initiatives that have enhanced service quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Demonstrate proactive efforts towards sustainability, such as reducing carbon footprint, implementing eco-friendly practices, and investing in renewable energy solutions as environmental responsibility is increasingly important in modern aviation.
• Safety and Compliance: Provide an outline which demonstrates your strong commitment to safety and compliance with relevant regulations that meets the industry standards.
• Customer satisfaction: Provide an outline how your organisation consistently exceeds customer expectations and demonstrates a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
